Afrihost has been my ISP for 6 years now. I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily. Thank you for your help. The service has been outstanding! I signed up with RSA web last week with a promise it would Activated on the 15th, when I called them yesterday they were still busy with the process and said they still needed to do an affordability check lol, I cancelled last night and signed up with afrihost and within 24 hours I have fibre. Something they couldn't do in 7 days you guys didn't in 24 hours. You guys are really awesome!
