Afrihost always exceeds my expectations. Even during the pandemic their support is superb. Waiting times are a bit longer than usual but cannot blame Afrihost for that.

I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages

Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile. Connectivity is restored quickly and is always up to the specified speeds. Problems will happen but the attitude that Afrihost has proves that they are the best.

I love Afrihost, I have had very few errors in the years with them since ADSL and really happy with how they have always treated me. I am in IT myself so a lot of troubleshooting is done by myself if I do have issues to provide the required information to resolve issues.

Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.

It was initially a hassle for Openserve getting a fibre connection to my home but it was done nevertheless,my interaction with the Afrihost agent was good.My fibre was connected without any issues once the line was installed.Thank you for the great service!
