No problems with Afrihost contrary to some other people's experiences. Maybe I'm lucky, caught their support staff on a good day or they're trying the best they can and make mistakes sometime. Anyway, based on my experiences with my current fibre line, UPS, one domain with the low end shared hosting, I have received nothing but excellent service for the amount of money I pay every month.

Honestly, Afrihost is the best there is. I've never used any other hosting company and not planning to either because their service is effective and offers great value for money. My most favourite thing about their whole service structure is the support. I love that it's easily accessible, exists in different channels, prompt and highly responsive. Thank you.

This ISP rocks. I've bounced between a few over the years and none have come close to the customer service offered by Afrihost. After using them for over 12 years I only ever encountered a few problems, but those were mostly back in the ADSL days and were sorted out really quickly. Their fibre is phenomenal. When they say "uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled" they really mean it. Our line blazes at max speed 24/7 no matter the task. Plus their mobile data offering is best in class. I just added an MTN prepaid SIM to my phone's 2nd slot and loaded their data on which made for a really inexpensive way to get more data for like a quarter the price of buying from the big players. Seriously, check them out. You won't be disappointed.
